Tender Lead Time-TLT

Tender Lead Time measures the duration between when a load is tendered (or transmitted) and when the shipper has listed the pick-up time for the load. Measuring the movement in TLT in a specific market is indicative of movements in pricing.

Tracks the balance of load to searches by capacity type (Flat, Ref, Van) Indicative of capacity within a market.
